Information we collect

• Orders: name, shipping address, email, phone, and what you ordered. Payment details go straight to our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Email signup: the email address you enter in the coupon popup, and your consent to receive email from us.
• Carts: if you enter your email at checkout or in the popup and leave items in your cart, we keep that cart on file so we can remind you about it.
• Reviews: the name, email and review text you submit on our Customer Reviews page. Only your first name and last initial are shown publicly.
• Email activity: whether an email from us was opened and which links were clicked.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information in ordinary server logs.

How we use it

• To process, ship and confirm your order, send tracking, and answer support requests.
• To send you your welcome coupon, cart reminders and occasional offers if you have agreed to receive email from us in the signup popup.
• After a purchase, to send order-related follow-ups and occasional offers for past customers. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link.
• To publish customer reviews you submit.
• To meet legal and tax obligations and protect against fraud.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Shipping carriers (to deliver your order and provide tracking), our payment processor (to take payment), and service providers that run our website and email. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

We use cookies that are required for the cart, checkout, age confirmation and cart reminders. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as the law requires. Abandoned carts for up to 12 months. Email signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@midwestcompounds.com.

Security

Checkout is protected by SSL encryption. Payment processing is handled by PCI-compliant third-party providers.

Our products are for research use only and we sell only to customers 21 or older.
